Written, directed and produced by Alireza Kazemipour, the short film will be screened at the International Short Fiction section of the Indian event’s 13th edition.
The 14-minute film tells the story of a girl who has taken an inappropriate path in her life and gets visitors at home.
But suddenly things start to change for her when a woman walks into her life.
‘The Blue Bed’ has been screened at a number of global events and won some awards, including the Best Directing award at the 10th Vancouver Short Film Festival in Canada.
The film has also received three nominations at the 2020 Leo Awards in Canada, including Best Screenwriting Short Drama, Best Direction Short Drama, and Best Short Drama.
The IDSFFK is a film event aims to attract the participation of both filmmakers and viewers in order to create dialogues and debates.
This year’s edition of the fest is slated for December 09-14.
